2. Offers and prices
2.1 Goldenberry regularly updates the prices and delivery times of various products. Goldenberry introduces new products along with their prices and delivery times on the goldenberry.linkwebshop.com. website. This may include the introduction of prices for products that have not yet been produced. Customers will be able to place orders for Goldenberry's introduced products according to the specified timelines on the website.
2.2 The expected production date and estimated delivery time for the product are provided on the product page of goldenberry.linkwebshop.com.
2.3 The unit price and any minimum order values, if applicable, that must be placed with the manufacturer or supplier are stated on the product page.
2.4 After the customer places an order for a product on goldenberry.linkwebshop.com, Goldenberry reserves the product directly with the manufacturer or supplier, obtaining full access to the necessary documentation for the product (certificates of origin, tests, and approvals). The customer's order is valid and binding when the aforementioned documentation is available, and the customer has received an order confirmation from Goldenberry.
2.5 The product price may be reduced if other customers place orders for the same product. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email about the reduced unit price of the product along with an updated order confirmation.
2.6 A binding order may be subject to a minimum purchase quantity if specified on the product page. If the minimum order is not placed, the order is canceled, and neither party is entitled to make any claims against each other.
2.7 If a product is ordered with a logo, a product visualization with the suggested logo placement will be provided to the customer for approval. The customer is obligated to approve and/or provide feedback on the product no later than 2 weeks before production commences. If the customer does not approve the sample prior to production, the customer's logo will be automatically placed on the ordered product at Goldenberry's discretion, without the possibility of further changes by the customer
2.8 The customer and Goldenberry have the right to cancel the order until the sample product is approved. If the sample is not approved, the order may be canceled up to 2 working days before the production date. An order associated with another order for the same product, resulting in a reduced price, cannot be canceled.
3. Payment terms
3.1 By ordering products on goldenberry.linkwebshop.com,the customer makes payment according to the agreed terms (VAT invoice, credit card, or PayPal).
3.2 Payment is charged to the customer's credit card at the time of order submission or handover to production, but no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
3.3 If payment cannot be charged to the customer's credit card as indicated above or remains unpaid according to the invoice terms, interest at a rate of 2% will be charged per month or part thereof after the due date. A fee of 25 PLN is charged for each paymen.
4. Prices

6.1 If the delivered products do not meet the specifications provided by Goldenberry or fail to meet the customer's quality requirements, the following rules apply:

6.6 If an order consists of separately produced products, including products produced according to the customer's specifications, the customer has the possibility to file a complaint only for the batch of defective products.
7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 Furthermore, Goldenberry shall not be liable for any customer losses, including direct or indirect losses, such as operational loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or similar. This applies regardless of whether the product is delayed and/or defective.
7.3 Goldenberry's liability for damages is limited in all aspects to the value of the order.
8. Reservation Regarding Printing and Typographical Errorsi

10. Force Majeure

If Goldenberry wishes to invoke force majeure, the customer must be promptly informed.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 All agreements and purchases subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery are governed by Polish law.
11.2 Any disputes arising must be resolved by a court within the jurisdiction of Goldenberry.
12. Changes
12.1 Goldenberry may modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery and/or features in the online purchasing system. The customer accepts that such changes may be made without prior notice and may cause interruptions in the system.
